Return policy 

• If you purchased products in our store, return to the store for return processing.
• California and Georgia stores: Per state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption, or purchased in error.
   
• Wisconsin stores: Per state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption.
   
• Michigan stores: Per state law, alcohol returns may be accepted from a customer, for a cash refund or exchange, an alcoholic liquor product purchased by the customer from the Total Wine & More store, if the product is demonstrably spoiled or contaminated or the container damaged to the extent that the contents would likely be of an unsanitary nature or unfit for
